Group Coaching: Coming Soon

You don’t have to work on your health alone.

A new supportive wellbeing group is coming soon for local women who want realistic guidance, accountability and connection while improving their health.

No extreme routines. No pressure to be perfect. Just practical support that fits around real life.

Who is the group for?

Local women juggling health, work and everything else

The group is for women in and around Aldridge and the wider Walsall area who’d like support with areas such as:

  • Healthy eating
  • Weight management
  • Energy and fatigue
  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Movement
  • Healthy habits
  • Confidence and motivation
  • Making more time for yourself

If the idea of joining a group feels a little daunting, that’s completely normal. It’s designed to be a relaxed, welcoming room, not a classroom.

What will sessions be like?

Around 90 minutes together, each week

Each session includes

  • A practical wellbeing topic
  • Coaching and discussion
  • Simple strategies to try
  • Personal reflection
  • Small achievable weekly goals
  • Accountability
  • Support from other women
  • Time to talk and connect

What makes this different?

Real life is welcome here.

This is not about weigh-ins, strict meal plans or being told what you should be doing. The programme recognises that energy, health, work, family responsibilities and motivation can change from week to week.

The aim is to help you make sustainable improvements while also feeling supported and less alone.

Rise & Rebalance

What we’ll cover over 8 weeks

Rise & Rebalance is about much more than being told to “eat less and move more”. Over eight weeks, you’ll learn what can really influence weight loss in midlife, understand your own habits and build an approach that works for your body and your life.

Rise and Rebalance flyer: an 8-week programme with Sophie Lockley, registered nurse and health and wellness coach, covering weight and nutrition, healthy habits and wellbeing.
  1. Week 1

Your Starting Point & Setting Yourself Up for Success

Understand what may have been getting in the way of previous weight-loss attempts and learn how simple meal planning and a few key changes can make healthy choices much easier from the very first week.

  2. Week 2

Balanced Eating, Portions & Calories Made Simple

Learn what a genuinely balanced, satisfying meal looks like, why some foods keep you fuller than others, and how portions and everyday choices can affect weight loss more than you may realise.

  3. Week 3

    Movement, Strength & Midlife Metabolism

Discover why movement is about much more than burning calories, why maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important after 40, and how to build activity around your own fitness, health and energy levels.

  4. Week 4

    Hunger, Cravings & Emotional Eating

Learn why cravings and overeating are not simply a lack of willpower. We'll explore the difference between physical hunger, habit and emotional eating, and how understanding your triggers can help you feel more in control around food.

  5. Week 5

    Menopause, Sleep, Stress & Weight

Explore why weight management can feel different in midlife and how hormones, poor sleep, stress and fatigue can quietly influence appetite, food choices, energy and progress.

  6. Week 6

Making Weight Loss Work in Real Life

Healthy habits need to work on busy days too. Learn how to navigate weekends, eating out, takeaways, celebrations and low-energy days without feeling that one different meal has ruined everything.

  7. Week 7

    When Progress Slows

Understand why the scales do not always tell the whole story, what can cause weight fluctuations or slower progress, and how to identify what may need adjusting without resorting to another extreme diet.

  8. Week 8

    Keeping Your Progress Going

Bring everything together into your own realistic plan. You'll identify the habits that work best for you and create a sustainable approach to eating, movement and wellbeing that you can continue long after the programme ends.

This isn’tanother diet

You won’t be given a list of forbidden foods or expected to follow a perfect routine.

Instead, you’ll leave Rise & Rebalance with a much better understanding of your body, your eating habits and what actually helps you make progress, along with practical tools you can continue using in everyday life.

Register your interest

I’d love to know you’re interested.

Registering your interest doesn’t commit you to joining. It simply means you’ll be one of the first to hear when dates, times, location and booking information are released.

Sessions are planned for Fridays, so this helps Sophie pick a time that suits most people.

Fill in the short form on this page. Registering doesn't commit you to joining. It just means you'll be among the first to hear when dates, times, location and booking details are confirmed.
