Cookie Policy

This website sets no cookies of its own and does not track you. This page explains what that means, and the two exceptions — the booking calendar and the social wall, both of which are provided by other companies.

This website does not use cookies

The website itself stores nothing on your device. It sets no cookies, and keeps nothing in your browser’s local or session storage.

The website uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels, and it loads no social media tracking code. Sophie does not measure, profile or share your visits.

Two pages include content from another company, shown inside a frame: the booking calendar on the contact page and the social wall. Those companies run their own code inside their own frames, which is described below.

No cookie banner is shown

You will not see a cookie banner on this website. Because the site itself sets no cookies, there is nothing here for you to accept or refuse.

Adding the social wall did not change this: Juicer’s activity stays inside Juicer’s frame, and this website still sets nothing of its own. If that changes in future — for example if visitor statistics are introduced — this page will be updated to describe what is used.

The booking calendar and the social wall are the exceptions

The contact page includes a booking calendar provided by Calendly, and the social wall page shows Sophie’s recent social media posts through a service called Juicer. Both load inside a frame. Those frames belong to Calendly and to Juicer, not to this website, and each company runs its own code inside its own frame.

Calendly may set its own cookies and storage in its frame in order to run the calendar and its own measurement. It provides its own cookie controls inside the calendar frame — look for its cookie settings link at the bottom of the calendar — and those settings are handled by Calendly rather than by this website.

Juicer was checked on this site in August 2026. It set no cookies. Inside its frame it loads the posts and their images from Juicer’s own servers, records that the feed was viewed, and runs a performance monitoring service called New Relic, which stores an identifier for that visit in your browser. All of that belongs to Juicer’s frame rather than to this website, and Sophie does not receive it or see it.

Loading either page is enough for your browser to contact the company concerned, even if you never open the calendar, book anything or click a post. If you would rather avoid that, you can email Sophie to arrange a call instead of using the calendar, and you can view Sophie’s posts on Instagram instead of the social wall.

Fonts and images

The fonts and images that make up this website are served from the website itself rather than from an outside provider, so viewing a page does not tell any third party that you were here.

The social media posts on the social wall are the exception. They are Sophie’s own posts, but the pictures are loaded from Juicer’s servers, so opening that page does tell Juicer that a visitor was there.

Controlling cookies in your browser

Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, block them, and delete them — usually under privacy or security settings. Because this site sets none, blocking cookies will not stop it working. Blocking them, or using a browser or extension that blocks third-party content, may stop the booking calendar or the social wall appearing, since those come from Calendly and Juicer. Both pages still tell you how to reach Sophie if that happens.
